Relay imports a CSV export from Housecall Pro. There is no direct connection, so you stay in control of what moves.

Is SixStack Relay cheaper than Housecall Pro?
Billed monthly, yes at the team sizes we checked. For one user, Housecall Pro Basic is $79 and Relay Solo is $59. For 5 users, Essentials is $189 and Relay Team is $149. For 10 users, MAX is $329 for 8 users plus 2 × $35, or $399, and Relay Team is $294. Billed yearly, Housecall Pro is $59, $149 and $299 a month.
Does Relay have a phone app like Housecall Pro?
Relay has no App Store or Google Play app. Your team opens it in the phone's browser or adds it to the home screen, and it catches up after working offline. Techs get their day, required checklists with photo markup, parts and customer signatures. Housecall Pro has native iOS and Android apps.
Can I move my customers from Housecall Pro to Relay?
Yes. Export your customers from Housecall Pro, save the file as CSV if it arrives as a spreadsheet, then in Relay choose Housecall Pro under Coming from another tool? Relay matches the columns, including extra addresses, and shows every row before you import.
Are memberships included?
In Relay, memberships and maintenance plans are included on both plans. Housecall Pro says some features, including Service Plans, are paid add-ons depending on the plan.
Does Relay offer financing or a card reader?
No. You connect your own Stripe account and customers pay invoices by card from a private link. The money goes to your Stripe account, not to SixStack. Housecall Pro offers consumer financing through Wisetack and sells a card reader.
Does Relay text customers?
Texting is optional and off until you turn it on. Paid plans include 250 customer texts a month; texting is not part of the free trial. Automatic customer emails are included on every plan, each one switched on by you.
