Billing policy
Refunds and cancellation.
This page separates the billing behavior already built into the product from policy decisions that still need approval.
Not yet approved for customer sales. Refund eligibility, cancellation timing, tax handling, and exception rules are release-blocking owner/legal decisions. No purchase should be accepted until the approved policy replaces this notice and matches Stripe’s live settings.
Current package structure
The public offer is the SixStack Relay Starter with a $249/month recurring subscription after a 30-day card-free product trial, shown in USD.
The trial does not renew or charge automatically. An authorized owner must explicitly choose Stripe-hosted Checkout to begin the monthly membership. SixStack Relay does not store full payment card numbers.
Cancellation
The product includes Stripe Billing Portal access for authorized client owners. The final policy must state when a cancellation takes effect, what access remains after cancellation, and whether notice is required.
Until those rules are approved and verified against the live Stripe portal configuration, the product does not promise a specific cancellation effective date.
Refunds, failed payments, and taxes
The final policy must cover recurring subscription charges, duplicate or mistaken charges, failed payments, service exceptions, and any legally required refund rights.
Tax collection and display are not yet configured or approved for release. The live checkout, public pricing, customer order, invoices, and this page must agree before sales open.
