Pick Team at $149 a month with 5 users included, or Solo at $59 a month, and manage your subscription in Stripe.
The plans
Team is $149 a month with 5 active users included and owner, manager and staff roles. Each added user is $29 a month.
Solo is $59 a month with every feature for one person.
Both plans include 250 customer texts a month. After that, each text is 3 cents. Texting is off until you turn it on.
Your free trial lasts 30 days. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically. You can add people freely during the trial.
Adding users
Only active users count. Pending invitations start counting when the person accepts, and disabled users are not billed.
Before you invite or re-enable a sixth active user on a paid Team plan, Relay shows the added cost and asks you to confirm.
Stripe prorates the change, so you pay only for the part of the month the user is active.
Billing shows your users and texts this month, and the projected monthly total.
Subscribe or change billing
Only the account owner can see Billing.
- Step 1: Open More, then Billing.
- Step 2: Under Choose a plan, pick Team or Solo and tap Subscribe.
- Step 3: To update your card, see invoices or cancel, tap Open Stripe billing.
