Running the business

Your business profile page

Build a website for your business with ready templates, then publish it on a paid plan with booking and quote requests built in.

Who can use it

Owners and managers build the page in Settings, Business profile. Everyone can build, edit and preview every template and style during a trial. Publishing the page so customers can see it needs a paid plan.

If your plan stops, the page goes offline and shows a not found page. Nothing is deleted, and it comes back when you resubscribe.

Start your page

  1. Step 1: Go to Settings and open Business profile.
  2. Step 2: Choose your trade. It fills in a starter headline, reasons to choose you and common questions.
  3. Step 3: Pick a template: Bold, Clean, Classic, Modern dark, Friendly or Minimal. Each card shows your own business.
  4. Step 4: Tap Create my page. Your name, logo, brand color, services, hours and service area are filled in for you.
  • Tip: Starter text is a beginning, not a promise. Read every line and make it true for your business.

Edit sections

  1. Step 1: On the Sections tab, tap a section to open it and edit its words. The preview on the right (or under Preview on a phone) updates as you type.
  2. Step 2: Drag the handle, or use the up and down arrows, to change the order. The hero always stays on top.
  3. Step 3: Tap the eye to hide a section without deleting it, or open it and tap Remove section.
  4. Step 4: Tap Add a section for more: photo gallery, customer quotes, hours, online booking and more.
  • Tip: Services come from your price book, with prices shown or hidden, or you can type your own list.
  • Tip: Hours come from your schedule and stay current on their own.
  • Tip: Gallery photos need a short description so people who use screen readers know what they show.
  • Tip: Customer quotes must be words a customer really said to you, with their first name only. They are labeled From our customers and never show star ratings. You can link to your Google reviews.

Design

  1. Step 1: Open the Design tab and pick a template. Your words and photos stay the same, and you can undo the switch.
  2. Step 2: Your page uses your Brand kit color. Tap Change to pick a different page color or accent.
  3. Step 3: Choose fonts for headings and body text, a button shape and section spacing.
  • Tip: Relay checks your colors and adjusts text so it stays readable. A note explains any change.

Quote requests and booking

The Request a quote section is your request form, so every request from the page lands in Requests. Turn the form on under Settings, Request form. The Book online section uses your online booking. When either one is off, its section stays hidden on the live page.

Your address and privacy

  1. Step 1: Open Page settings to change your page address. The old address keeps forwarding visitors to the new one.
  2. Step 2: Choose the phone and email to show. Leave a field empty to keep it off the page.
  3. Step 3: Your street address is never shown unless you turn on Customers visit us at a storefront and type it in. Otherwise your page and search engines see only the areas you serve.
  4. Step 4: Set the page title and description that appear on Google, or leave them empty to use your name, trade and area.

Publish

  1. Step 1: Work through Before you publish: your logo, at least 3 services, hours, where you work and a photo.
  2. Step 2: Tap Publish page. Use View live page and Copy link to share it.
  3. Step 3: Changes to a live page save as a draft until you tap Publish changes. Discard unpublished changes puts the live version back.
  4. Step 4: To take the page down, open Page settings and tap Take page offline.
  • Tip: Every page has a small Report this page link. Reports go to the SixStack team.
